Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return and submit a formal request.
Wait for Approval
Our quality control team will review your request and photos within 48 hours to ensure the item meets our return eligibility criteria.
Pack and Ship
Once approved, securely pack your item in its original packaging and use the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email.
Receive Refund or Replacement
